While Sledgehammer’s Call of Duty games like Modern Warfare 3 (2011) leave out the zombie mode, the developer replaces it with a dedicated split-screen co-op mode called Spec Ops. The mode returns from Modern Warfare 2 (2009) with its objective-based Mission Mode. Set in the backdrop of the campaign missions and their locales, Mission Mode Modern Warfare 2 and 3 have special ops that are a lot of fun, my sister and I enjoy running through them. BO3 is the other one that I would suggest, because as it has been pointed out, you can do all three modes split screen. Although, the campaign story does get a little weird towards the end, it's a lot of fun. Split-screen co-op is currently only available in select multiplayer modes, specifically Spec Ops.
