Fill the loaf pan with the banana bread mixture. You can sprinkle extra nuts on top of the bread at this stage or keep it plain. Bake the banana bread on the center rack of the oven at 350°F (180°C) for about 45 to 50 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center of the bread comes out clean.
Instructions. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Use about 2 tablespoons of the olive oil to generously grease the bottom and sides of a loaf pan. It's OK if some pools at the bottom. In a large bowl, mix the remaining olive oil (just under 1/2 cup) with the brown sugar (1/2 cup). Add the eggs and mix for about 1 minute.
In a large bowl, whisk together the mashed bananas, eggs, almond milk and vanilla extract until well combined. Add in the almond flour, flaxseed meal, cinnamon, baking soda and salt. Use a wooden spoon to combine. Fold in the chocolate chips. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper and lightly oiled paper with oil spray or coconut oil. Set aside. Peel, mash the banana into a puree, and measure the amount called by the recipe using a measuring cup.
Preheat oven to 350ºF (176ºC), and lightly grease a 9 x 5" loaf pan. In a large mixing bowl, lightly beat the eggs until the yolks break apart. Whisk in the yogurt, mashed banana, maple syrup, sugar, and vanilla; mix until smooth. Stir in the oats, baking soda, and cinnamon.
Use rubber spatula to completely transfer batter into the greased loaf pan. Bake about 50 minutes or just until a toothpick inserted in center comes out with a few tender crumbs attached. Let bread cool completely in pan on a wire rack. Run a thin, sharp knife along edges carefully and remove bread from pan to slice.
Instructions. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and grease and line a 7 x 4-inch baking pan with parchment paper and set aside. In a large mixing bowl, combine the bananas and condensed milk and whisk together, until combined. Gently stir through the flour and mix well, until fully incorporated.
Add the eggs, 0-fat Greek yogurt, milk, and vanilla extract to the bowl with the mashed bananas and whisk these wet ingredients. Add the Swerve brown sugar replacement to the bowl with the wet ingredients and mix. In a separate large bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
Spray a 7-inch round air-fryer insert, metal cake pan or foil pan with nonstick spray. Set aside. Whisk together the flour, wheat germ, salt and baking soda in a medium bowl.
